Siblings and English Language Proficiencies

As with native English speaking students, siblings differ greatly in their personalities and ability levels. It is not uncommon to find that students perform to different degrees than their siblings when it comes to English language proficiency just as it is not common for them to perform differently on standardized tests. It is also not unusual to have a student who has exited the program while his or her sibling is still receiving ESL services.
